Indigenous Insights is a platform dedicated to celebrating and amplifying the invaluable wisdom, experiences, and strengths within Indigenous communities. The founder, Gladys Rowe, is Muskego Inniniw (Swampy Cree) from Fox Lake Cree Nation in Manitoba, Canada. With a deep commitment to Indigenous and decolonial evaluation, research, community and program development, organizational capacity building, innovation, and systems change support, Gladys brings her expertise to the forefront through Indigenous Insights LLC.

About Gladys Rowe

Gladys Rowe is a keynote speaker, filmmaker, podcaster, and poet with a passion for uplifting Indigenous voices and perspectives. With three years of full-time consulting experience, Gladys launched Indigenous Insights LLC this summer as an independent consulting firm specializing in various fields such as evaluation, research, and community development.

At Indigenous Insights, she believes that the foundation of meaningful work in evaluation, education, research, and more is rooted in Indigenous knowledge and traditions. Her mission is to acknowledge, respect, and leverage this invaluable heritage to create positive change.
